TetraSki won't turn on or unexpectedly loses power
The below items should be checked with the charger unplugged. If the charger is plugged in but the batteries are powered down, it will trickle enough residual power through the charging port to cause a ‘partial boot-up’ that can obscure the root cause of the problem.
If the main power indicator light remains off while pressing the power button, and the ski has been sitting idle for more than 30 days, the batteries will need to be manually powered on. See Powering up batteries from long-term storage.
If the main power indicator light remains off while pressing the power button, but the ski has been recently used, the batteries have likely powered down due to low state of charge. Plug in the charger and allow the charging cycle to finish, then see Powering up batteries from long-term storage.
If the main power indicator light turns on while pressing the power button, but the ski doesn’t chime or boot up, contact Tetradapt support for assistance.
